What exactly is a “run”?
One processed item: an email, a document, a lead or a scheduled report. Your plan includes a monthly volume; above it we charge a small fee per 1,000 runs – shown in the wizard before you approve.
Where is my data processed?
Canadian customers run on [Canadian region to confirm]; we sign a data processing agreement (PIPEDA). AI models are only used via providers that don't train on your data.
What happens when something breaks?
We monitor every workflow. Failed runs are retried automatically; if a tool changes or a document looks different, we're alerted and fix it – included in monthly care.
