Common questions
What exactly is a “run”?
One processed item: an email, a document, a lead or a scheduled report. Your plan includes a monthly volume; above it we charge a small fee per 1,000 runs – shown in the wizard before you approve.
Which tools can you connect?
Gmail, Outlook, Google Sheets, Excel, Slack, Teams, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Shopify, Notion and many more have ready-made connectors on our workflow platform. Anything else with an API – your ERP, an industry tool, your own software – we connect with custom code. Connecting your own system adds a fixed building block to the price, shown in the wizard.
What happens when something breaks?
We monitor every workflow. Failed runs are retried automatically; if a tool changes or a document looks different, we're alerted and fix it – included in monthly care.
What should never be copy-pasted again?
