What exactly is a “run”?
One processed item: an email, a document, a lead or a scheduled report. Your plan includes a monthly volume; above it we charge a small fee per 1,000 runs – shown in the wizard before you approve.
Where is my data processed?
EU customers run on servers in the EU [provider to confirm]; we sign a data processing agreement. AI models are only used via providers that don't train on your data. Customers outside the EU: [region to confirm].
Can I cancel?
