Building blocks, added up.
Each part of a workflow adds points; the total decides the size. These are the live rules the wizard uses.
- Size by total points: up to 490 = S · up to 990 = M · up to 1,490 = L · above = XL (fixed quote within 24 hours).
- Standard outputs without extra points: Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Webhook, CSV, Notion.
- Above your included runs: €15 per 1,000 additional runs.

What exactly is a “run”?
One processed item: an email, a document, a lead or a scheduled report. Your plan includes a monthly volume; above it we charge a small fee per 1,000 runs – shown in the wizard before you approve.
Do I need a call or a meeting?
No. The wizard replaces the discovery call. If something is unclear, we ask by email within 24 hours before you pay anything.
Can I add another workflow later?
Yes – use the same wizard from your dashboard. Additional workflows get 20% off setup, and from three active workflows all monthly care is 10% cheaper.
Can I cancel?
Monthly care can be cancelled with [30 days] notice. On request we export your workflow and its configuration.
What's the difference between a native connector and “via API”?
A native connector is a ready-made building block on our workflow platform. “Via API” means there is no ready-made block, so we write the connection ourselves against the system's API. Both are built, tested and monitored by us; custom connections are priced as their own building block.
